Listing all the projects completed in the last 30 years in the San Francisco Bay Area is not an easy task. It has been privileges to be involved in a variety of projects including medical buildings, fire stations, educational buildings from pre-schools to universities, industrial, commercial & office buildings, storage & modular structures, tract houses & single-family custom homes, home improvements & remodeling, 2nd/3rd story additions to existing houses, foundation & stemwalls repairs & replacements, carports, awnings and canopies, elevated floor decks and stairs, etc.

To ensure hospitals will be able to continue their services during emergencies, their structural & non-structural components are designed & constructed with more stringent building code requirements under the supervision of a California state agency: Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD).

The Hazel Hawkins Memorial Hospital features here has an exterior grade on the south- west end of the building higher than that of the northeast end. For that reason, the exterior walls on 3 sides were designed as retaining walls. A helipad on top of the roof of the building to allow patients be transported the under emergency circumstance.
