Experienced in structural designing：
- residential houses, both custom & tract houses;
- commercial & industrial buildings;
- educational buildings such as day care centers, middle schools, high school, colleges & universities, dormitory;
- hospitals and convalescent homes；
- hydroelectric power generating stations & bridges;
- public assembly facilities such as churches, auditorium, etc.
Construction
materials involved in these buildings & structures：timber, masonry,
reinforced concrete, structural steel and light gage metal, as well as
pre-fabricated structures and customized components.
In
additional to designing buildings, miscellaneous supports such as:
bracing & anchorage of non-structural components such as pipes
& conduits trapezes, roof top HVAC & warehouse grade storage
racks and shelves, others mechanical & electrical equipment, as
well as vibration sensitive equipment anchorage.
Construction
administration activities such as site visits and observations,
responding to the Request of Information and Changes, Change Orders,
etc., are always provided to ensure the construction of projects flow
in a smooth manner.
